Self-report to all 3 bureaus.
Recently, I have had quite a few borrowers that did not have active tradelines. Experian Boost is great for reporting alternative trade lines, but that is only one bureau. I have had good luck recently with Stellarfi.com.

Yes, they report to all 3 bureaus. The cost is minimal.
I usually have them do Experian Boost as well.
I still like Credit Strong quite a bit. There are also a number of services that can help provide aged tradelines. I will send you the contact information.
I agree, so many people with scores below 500 right now. I have used this service to bump their scores over 500 so we can at least get them qualified. We can work on really repairing their credit after they are safely in their home.

I am going to personally sign up for this. How much is this. Are there any others? Do you mind posting any credit boost tools on this Forum. I have never seen so many people with lower credit scores and recent late payments. Do you have a list of credit cards and credit rebuilding credit tradelines? Capital One, Discover, and SELF.INC are generally the best. I two people each get two Secured credit cards each and add each other as authorized users. PLUS I Have them have their parents and loved ones add them as authorized users as long as the main users have been timely forever and don’t get a balance. Net Credit and One Main Financial are eady to get personal installment loans which are between $5,000 to $20,000.
