I do care about our President being a man with no integrity and bribes. Whether you are a democrat or republican, a politican should be non-partisan, represent the people of our Country, live by the Consttitution, and represent the citizens who have voted for them. A politican should not make up fake news, cheat in the voting polls, spread lies, live in a state of denial, and not unsee criminal or treason that he has seen or suspects. Whether Hunter Biden is screwing his sister in law or step mother Jill Biden, they are consentual adults so if that is what they got off on and wanted, so be it. Personal matter. Totally legal but yet immoral, and disgusting. The fact there are uniendos and supporting facts that Joe Biden may be part of a multi-million dollars bribery scandal should get resolved. See and investigate the data, depose the witnesses and whistelblowers including have them take a polygraph if they are willing, and both sides should each individually review the facts. Facts only and no other bullshit slander, joke, or propaganda. This is the least our elected officials should do for their constituents. Also of other matters of concerns are corruption at all levels, chemical trails, January 6th pfotesters that are locked up without a fair trial, poison in our foods, human DNA in our food supply, why are they using flouride in our food supply, forcing electric vehicles on Americans, weaponizing government agencies, mass amounts of land sold to foreign and domestic advesaries, mandating the coronarivus vaccines for health professionals, teachers, military, airline workers, and first responders where many of these folks are dropping dead for no reason but for the vaccine, outlawing incadescent light bulbs and forcing LED bulbs on us, exercising depopulation practices, weaponizing the coronavirus vaccine to solve their agenda of depopulating the world, mandating getting rid of gas appliances tand replacing to electric, and literallly dozens if not hundreds more questionable legitimate concerns not just from American citizens but people from all walks of life. Every single line item I mentioned above is supported by multiple facts, images, videos, and witness testimony. I will be adding more to this thread.

Government and conventional owner-occupant primary home loans require the homebuyer be an owner-occupant on primary homes for at least one year. The homebuyer needs to occupy the home within six months of closing and live on the primary home for at least six months and one day out of the year and cannot use it as a rental for at least one year. Federal regulators such as HUD, the VA, the FHFA, and the CFPB as well as state regulators can do random checks to see whether the borrower committed occupancy fraud.
