  Does anyone know anything about C2 FINANCIAL and why so many loan officers are leaving their retail mortgage company and going to C2 FINANCIAL?

  C2 Financial is a mortgage broker for independent mortgage loan officers with high payout where the loan officer pay all of their expenses such as processing, postage, credit reports, and marketing. The company take a small percentage or per file fee. C2 Financial is one of many mortgage brokers geared towards independent loan officers who want to be independent with higher payout in lieu of loan officers paying their own expenses.
